We are a small independent bakery based in North Wales on the very edge of the Eryri (Snowdonia) national park that produces beautiful, handmade, organic flour loaves and rolls.
Our founder, David, is passionate about producing the very best quality bread from the finest ingredients. All of that love goes into the bread and you can taste it in every bite!
We use only locally sourced UK organic flour and of course pure, clean Welsh water fresh from the beautiful mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia) that surround us.
Just add a sprinkle of fine sea salt and a dash of yeast and that’s the full ingredient list of our dough – simple and simply wonderful – try a bite for yourself and see.
